About the role

  • Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
  • Take orders and enter in POS
  • Provide a high-quality service to guests
  • Work as an integral part of the front of house team
  • Day Shift on Monday to Sunday
  • On Wednesdays, the day shifts may extend until 9pm
  • Hourly rate: Mon-Fri at $32.31 Sat at $38.78 Sun at $45.24 plus super

 

About You

  • Ideally 2 years Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
  • Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
  • A team player who can work independently
  • Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hold valid RSA
  • Valid full time working rights in Australia
  • Applicants with indigenous or Torres Strait Island background are strongly encouraged to apply
